Description
The handy 17 preset functions of this Andrew James Bread Maker allow you to make a huge range of breads in either 500g, 750g, or 1000g loaves from wholewheat and French bread to sourdough and gluten-free offerings, along with tortillas. But you are not just limited to bread with this versatile machine. You can easily make cake, yoghurt, jam, and chutneys just to name a few.
For making yoghurt, you will need: 350ml Long-Life Milk, 50ml Natural Yoghurt, 3 Tbsp. Sugar
The default setting of the bread maker is 8 hours, however to achieve the firm consistency of a pouring yoghurt, it is recommended to manually increase the time of the appliance to 12 hours. Alternatively, for a thicker consistency, use the default time setting of the yoghurt maker, but add milk powder.
You can also make delicious homemade jams and chutneys. You’ll need: 300g Strawberries, 300g Jam Sugar, Juice from 1 Lemon
If you want to use frozen fruit, thaw completely before use. Crush the berries with a fork or potato masher. Make sure that the strawberries are not pureed. Put the berries and sugar into the pan of the machine. Select the jam programme and start it. Do not alter the ingredient quantities as they will not set correctly.
