When in convection mode the oven uses a fan to envelope the food, quickly browning, crisping and sealing in moisture and flavour while the rotisserie programme can easily roast a large 4kg chicken as well as other joints of meats to perfection. It comes with an included non-stick baking tray and crumb tray for easier cleaning and rotisserie fork and handle.
