As all low voltage Fridges are made to order you have a 24-hour cooling off period to change or cancel your order. All special converted order Items come with a 1-year return to base warranty. Therefore, For the first 30 days if in the unlikely event of your product becoming faulty, we will arrange a collection and repair service. After the initial 30 days the item will only be repaired if after failing a repair a replacement may be offered at our discretion. Any faulty goods must be repaired in house as we will not conduct repairs off site due to staff health and safety, should you want to speak to someone about getting a repair, or want more information then please contact us.
Please be aware before sending your order that we do reasonable testing on the items to make sure all components are working correctly and also that you receive your working items in a satisfactory condition and time frame, All specialist orders can take up to 14 days to complete however we do aim to get your product completed ASAP.
