Description
Inspiration taken from the classic carbon steel pan, this GreenPan Craft 30cm Sauté Pan with Lid boasts a convenient ceramic non-stick coating. Complete with an elegant look and feel, this sauté pan combines heavy gauge materials with refined detailing, such as cast iron handles with a tough, black titanium PVD coating. Thanks to its smart design with straight edges, the GreenPan Craft 30cm Sauté Pan provides 25% extra cooking surface and the Thermolon Infinity Professional ceramic non-stick coating, prevents food from sticking to the pan. This is particularly useful if trying to practise a healthier cooking method, by using less oil or butter. Finished with silhouette rivets that create a seamless and easy to clean interior. This pan is oven safe, increasing cooking versatility. The GreenPan Craft 30cm Sauté Pan with Lid is dishwasher safe but hand washing is recommended.
For all of our graded products excluding large appliances will carry a 6 month return to base warranty, large appliances will carry a 3 month return to base warranty. For the first 30 days, if the item is faulty a replacement item or full refund will be issued upon the return of the faulty item. In most cases a pre-paid returns label will be sent via email, however any item that is deemed to be too small for standard courier will need to be posted back via a Royal Mail 2nd class service and we will reimburse up to £3 for the postage cost.
If the item is unwanted but has been sold correctly then a refund minus the postage will be issued. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item in the original packaging in an unused and re-sellable condition. Any signs of use or damage will affect the total refund amount.
After the first 30 days any faulty items will be repaired or replaced if unrepairable, under the 6 month return to base warranty. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item at their own cost within this period.
All items listed as New will also carry a 6 month Return To Base warranty as these items are likely end of line items or clearances for more information please contact us.
Please note large appliances will not be collected or delivered by Kettle and Toaster Man under any circumstances and buyer assumes all responsibility.

This means that somewhere on the item small scratches or blemishes may be visible and the boxes may be tatty or non original and will have been opened and re-taped so that items can be tested. These products are electrically perfect and carry a 6 month return to base warranty unless stated otherwise.
We do also sell Brand New items on certain product lines. Any brand new items will have “New” in the title or description. If the listing does not specify “New” it will be a graded item.
