Create deliciously healthy fat-free meals with the Tower Forged 5 Piece Pan Set, the essential pan set for all of your kitchen needs including 18cm, 20cm and 22cm saucepans with glass lids, and 20cm and 28cm frying pans. Featuring high-grade non-stick technology, the Cerastone coating is 5x stronger than other non-stick coatings, and is PFAS, lead and cadmium-free so you can enjoy healthy meals using little or no oil. A bonded steel base provides even heat distribution to ensure your food is cooked thoroughly, and is designed to work with any hob type including induction. Each pan features a soft touch, non-slip handle for comfortable control over your cooking.

We are graded electrical specialists and the majority of our products are either graded products or cosmetic seconds. This means that somewhere on the item small scratches or blemishes may be visible and the boxes may be tatty or non original and will have been opened and re-taped so that items can be tested. These products are electrically perfect and carry a 6 month return to base warranty unless stated otherwise.

We do also sell Brand New items on certain product lines. Any brand new items will have “New” in the title or description. If the listing does not specify “New” it will be a graded item. Our website will only allow you to purchase what is in stock. If you select more then current stock levels, this will automatically be updated at checkout to maximum amount available. If you require more stock by all means drop us an email as we have deliveries weekly and the stock levels frequently change.

For all of our graded products excluding large appliances will carry a 6 month return to base warranty, large appliances will carry a 3 month return to base warranty. For the first 30 days, if the item is faulty a replacement item or full refund will be issued upon the return of the faulty item. In most cases a pre-paid returns label will be sent via email, however any item that is deemed to be too small for standard courier will need to be posted back via a Royal Mail 2nd class service and we will reimburse up to £3 for the postage cost.

If the item is unwanted but has been sold correctly then a refund minus the postage will be issued. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item in the original packaging in an unused and re-sellable condition. Any signs of use or damage will affect the total refund amount.

After the first 30 days any faulty items will be repaired or replaced if unrepairable, under the 6 month return to base warranty. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item at their own cost within this period.

All items listed as New will also carry a 6 month Return To base warranty as these items are likely end of line items or clearances for more information please contact us.

Please note large appliances will not be collected or delivered by Kettle and Toaster Man under any circumstances and buyer assumes all responsibility.
